Concept & Identity
Background
In 2015, I created the identity for a Barcelona property management company called Ruby Slippers. The initial work also included the naming and identity creation of a second company, a specialized estate agency. We decided on the name Emerald Homes.
For logos and supplementary designs, including custom seamless patterns, I drew inspiration from gemstone cut diagrams and architectural line drawings:
A Third Venture – Diamond
Two years later, the founder of Ruby came to me with a new challenge – to create the identity for another company, one that would specialize in medium-term rentals in Barcelona.
It was to be related to Ruby and Emerald but distinct. Diamond was born:
Seamless Diamond Pattern
To support the logo I created a seamless pattern based on the logo's distinctive shape. The pattern was inspired by the grid layout of L’Eixample, Barcelona’s largest neighborhood.

Print Design
The pattern supports the brand identity by livening up printed materials, including business cards and A5 presentation folders.
Website Wireframing
Before leaving the project (amicably), I provided mockups for a website. These mockups conceptualized a map and drawer system for search, located at the top of the homepage. Here's an early wireframe/mock of the concept:
